Kichinojo UMEWAKA (the Fifth) (梅若吉之丞 (5世))
Kichinojo UMEWAKA the Fifth is a Noh actor of the Kanze school of shite-kata (lead actors). He lives in Takarazuka City. His former name is Noriyoshi.
He is the eldest son of Naoyoshi UMEWAKA. He is a grandson of Manzaburo UMEWAKA the First. Manzaburo UMEWAKA the Second is his uncle; Manzaburo UMEWAKA the Third is his cousin. He succeeded to the name of Kichinojo in 2002. He is doing his activities mainly in the Kansai region.
Naoyoshi UMEWAKA the Second (Norihiko) is his son.
